The LOMAR Stream in Franklin was referenced to the FEMA Maps available on their website on December 16, 2008, and it was evident that our Flood Areas in SDE are the same. Simply put Franklin's Flood Area Polygons are the same as what FEMA has officially listed as 'Effective' on their website. (as of: 12/16/2008)",
