Description: This data is from FEMA and their contractors Watershed Concepts. This data is accurate but it is not guaranteed by the City of Franklin to be correct. There was a LOMAR study completed by CDM in 2006-2007. The LOMAR Stream in Franklin was referenced to the FEMA Maps available on their website on December 16, 2008, and it was evident that our Flood Areas in SDE are the same. Simply put Franklin's Flood Area Polygons are the same as what FEMA has officially listed as 'Effective' on their website. (as of: 12/16/2008)
